HP Envy 13-2050nr Review
Hewlett Packard just launched a new 13.3 inch laptop named HP Envy 13-2050nr. This laptop is powered by Intel Core i5-3317U Processor, 4GB DDR3 memory, 128GB Solid State Drive, and comes pre-installed with Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit operating system.
I just cannot think how rapid it really is. The mouse itself is quick, but not frenetically fast (like the Toshiba we've been wrestling with for a number of years). The action is just smooth. And quite, quite quiet-- I could not even hear the fan kick on. I believe the screen size is great for watching motion pictures, surfing, or reading downloadable books. I haven't played any games on the unit, nor have I run any actually large programs (like QB or DW), so I don't know in the event the speed would hold up. That stated, this can be so much more rapidly than the HP Envy (which I believed was amazingly quickly prior to operating the Spectre, and which runs large applications just fine with no slowing) that I can't envision it's going to have speed issues.
I assume the greatest improvement as far as use goes could be the mouse. In contrast to the HP Envy, which has a similar mousepad, the Spectre's mouse doesn't continuously engage a scrolling function when you are attempting to move the cursor about the web page, or take several clicks on the corner of the pad to work with the clicking function. Clicking on the Spectre is light, simple, and not probably to give an individual finger fatigue (that's honestly one thing that happens with the Envy following a couple of hours of bookkeeping).
The software that is included together with the unit is really beneficial (instead of insulting, which is what I assume of a great deal from the 30 day trial garbage that regularly junks up new laptops). It comes with 2 years of Norton as well as (YAY!!) Photoshop Elements ten. I bought Photoshop Elements 9 but had somehow lost my purchase information and could not download it once more when I altered computers. I was thrilled to get this program included. It truly is definitely a "dummy-proof" approach to clean up the tiny flaws I always seem to have on photos I want to put on our site. I feel the addition of this program is really a brilliant bonus.
